The Lived-In Experience of New Orleans Architecture

Since last Mardi Gras I have been living and defining my experience through the following forms of Architextures:

For each painting, there is a story of how the architectural form builds itself into the built environment of my life. To write well about the present, to give body and breath to academic elegance, the personal sensual experience of the writer must infuse with the subject at hand. To explore the living folklore of New Orleans' Urban landscape, I weave my emotional, spiritual and physical body into the brick, mortar and wood of blueprinted mass.
